This year we had two tents one for African Wears and the other African Food. Menu was suited to both the vegetarian and meat eaters. From the Dale Soup, Tofu Sauce, Spinach Soup, and Kidney Beans Soup, Chicken Curry and Colourful Afaes rice and lots more. We also had drinks like famous non alcoholic ginger beer and snacks such as vegetarian and beef spring rolls, Zambuza and chin chin were available to the public/customers.
With all the excitement of the 2 day festival we were sold out
on both days, which for our organisation is a great achievement to think that the
people thought so well of our cooking.
The foods for the festival was done by our catering service which can also provide services for other occasions (Business meeting, wedding, holiday celebration, Christmas parties, etc)
