FUFU
Fufu, also known as (Iyan
- Pounded Yam Flour), has a flour like texture but the feeling is more silky and
much smoother. Fufu is eaten with soups just like Garri.

EGUSI SOUP
Egusi
Soup is very traditional and native dish. This dish has just the right amount of
spices seasonings and it keeps you wanting more and more.


STEW
Nigerian Stew
is a very delicious and enjoyable dish. Stew is served over hot rice. In
addition, plantains can be served on the side to make a more fulfilling meal.
You can use your favorite meat or fish. You can also add some black eye beans.

JOLLOF
RICE
This delicious dish can be
prepared in a variety of ways. You can use beef, chicken, corned beef (canned),
or hen. If you prefer, you can eliminate the meat for a vegetarian dish. The
fresh tomatoes give this dish a beautiful reddish look.

GARRI (EBA)
Garri is also called (Eba) in Nigeria. It has a grainy
texture similar to that of corn meal and it is light yellow in color. Water is
boiled and the garri is added and then mixed to desired consistency. Garri is
eaten with soups just like Fufu or Manna.
EGGPLANT
& PLANTAIN
This dish gives eggplant a new meaning. It is spicy and full of special
seasonings. The eggplant can be eaten with unripe or ripe plantain or white yam
or potatoes.

PEPPER
SOUP
The famous Pepper Soup. Just have your favorite fish ready.
The spices and seasonings in this soup pack a powerful punch. If you like a hot,
spicy, tasty and delicious soup, then try Pepper Soup! But of course you can
have it mild as well.

Chin is served as an appetizer. Anytime, anywhere friends and family gather for
a special occasion, it connects people in a special way whereby people feel free
to have any kind of conversation.

PLANTAINS
Plantains can be eaten as an appetizer or served
along with Nigerian Stew and hot rice. The yellow plantains have a sweet taste,
delicious and attractive.

Rice Nigerian Style is prepared spicy and has a lot of punch to the taste. It is
prepared with lamb, beef or chicken together with carrots, peas, onions,
tomatoes, and a variety of tasty spices. Sometimes only vegetarian.
